- John SuttonJohn Sutton is the Founder and CEO of Journey, the loyalty and payments platform built for independent luxury hospitality. Journey partners with the world's finest independent hotels, residences, restaurants, and experiences to deliver the recognition and rewards that big chains and OTAs can't — putting guests on a first-name basis with the places they love. Before founding Journey, John served as Chief Digital Officer at Red Ventures, where he built customer acquisition engines behind some of the largest digital commerce brands in the U.S. A former professional beach volleyball player, John brings a competitor's mindset to reimagining how independent hospitality wins.
